TeeVee — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using TeeVee you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What TeeVee is
TeeVee is a player for IPTV / streaming services that you provide and configure (Xtream Codes or M3U). TeeVee does not provide, host, sell, or curate any channels, movies, series, or other media. All content you access comes from the third-party service you configure.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for obtaining a lawful streaming service and for ensuring you have the rights to access the content you stream through it.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and with your provider’s terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and provider credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use TeeVee to access pirated or infringing content, or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Accounts
Accounts are optional and used only to sync your settings across devices. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).
6. Third-party services
Your IPTV provider, and metadata from TMDB, are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
7. Disclaimers
TeeVee is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any stream, provider, or feature will be available or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the content you access through it.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the app at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
